Little Egret - Egretta garzetta

The Little Egret is a common site close to the coast throughout the Algarve. It resembles a Heron but is completely white with black legs and large yellow feet. The specimens on this page were photographed at Cabanas De Tavira, Quinta Do Lago and Vilamoura reed beds.
